These are reasonable questions. After thirteen years in executive search, I think they are not the deepest ones. The deeper question is conceptual: what kind of thing is a senior candidate, and what kind of understanding is required to assess one? That question matters because it determines where AI belongs in a serious search process, and where it does not. AI is genuinely useful in executive search.
